What makes Dinbot different from other AI bots?
Most AI bots are reactive — they wait for questions and give answers. Dinbot is proactive, understands context, and adapts to your emotional state. It's built with Constitutional AI principles that ensure it guides without controlling, and uses smart multi-model routing to pick the right AI for the task.
What does "proactive" mean?
That the assistant takes initiative without you asking. It checks calendar, finances and projects, and sends you a daily report in the morning. If something is urgent — an overdue invoice, an unanswered email — it alerts you immediately.
What is an AI assistant, really?
Software that uses language models to understand and answer questions in natural language. The difference from a chatbot is that it connects to your own systems and data — the answers are relevant to your specific business.
Who is this for?
Small and medium-sized businesses that spend time on repetitive tasks, need quick access to company information, or want a digital employee available around the clock. Typically tradespeople, consultants, real estate developers and small businesses with 1–50 employees.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Each company gets its own instance. Data is never shared with other customers and is not used to train AI models. We use encrypted connections and comply with Norwegian privacy requirements and GDPR.
Which systems can the assistant connect to?
Google Calendar, Gmail, Notion, various CRM systems, accounting systems — and basically anything with an API. We map out what you use and connect what adds the most value first.
How long does setup take?
The Start package is typically ready within one week. Business and Pro take 2–4 weeks depending on the number of integrations and complexity.
Can I cancel?
Yes, the monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice. The setup fee is non-refundable.
Why Telegram and not a custom app?
Telegram is fast, secure, and something most people already have. You don't need to download anything new. The assistant simply becomes a contact in your messaging app.
Can my customers also reach the bot via SMS?
Yes, as an add-on module. Telegram is the primary channel — it costs nothing per message for you or your customers. If you need SMS as well (typically for booking confirmations or outbound notifications to customers), we can connect it via Norwegian SMS gateway (LINK Mobility). One-time setup and a monthly SMS bundle come on top of the main subscription. Contact us for pricing tailored to volume.
What technology do you use?
We use language models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT) and Google (Gemini) — with smart routing that picks the right model for each task. The bot runs on Python with a multi-agent framework we built ourselves. Integrations with calendar, email, CRM and accounting happen via APIs. The website is built with Next.js and hosted on Vercel. Everything is modern, cloud-based infrastructure — no legacy software that needs maintenance on your end.
